As a South Florida Realtor, Julie prides herself in her extensive market knowledge and community involvement in the tri-county area. Mrs. Doyon (Lurie) is married to her husband Nick Doyon and they have three boys together. Her family is her entire world!! Julie is very active in the community! She has been a volunteer soccer coach for the City of Fort Lauderdale for 6 years, she is a City of Fort Lauderdale Code Enforcement Board Member, she sits on the Home and School Board of her children’s school, she chairs numerous nonprofit auctions and events to raise funds including but not limited to Broward Health Wellness Center, St. Anthony’s School and Church, STRIVE Network for children of the arts, and so much more. In her limited spare time, you can find her at the gym or in the kitchen!
As a Fort Lauderdale native, she knows the ins and outs to not just every subdivision throughout the city, but the streets themselves. Julie does not believe in business transactions, but rather building relationships with her clients and colleagues. Julie is always thinking of ways to connect people and put like minded individuals together to make the most out of our community. Recently, she started a networking group called GROW!, where professionals from all different industries can come together once a week to help foster, build, and cultivate relationships. Mrs. Doyon made the transition in September 2017 from owning her own outsourcing paralegal company to becoming one of South Florida’s top producing real estate agents and most recently, team leader. She now runs a team of agents at Compass, who have been consecutively recognized month after month for their top sales performance and grade A customer service. She runs quarterly campaigns throughout the neighborhoods of Broward County that she calls “Unity in the Community”. Julie and her team go out and collect donations from people looking to downsize or getting rid of items that can be brought to Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Center (CDTC), in the heart of Fort Lauderdale to good use!
For the past few years, she has been very involved with CDTC and has loved helping volunteer and acquire donation items for the Back to School Drive, Thanksgiving Basket Brigade, and Toy Drive as a Sunflower and Transformer volunteer. Her heart is with helping children and trying to make the world, (at least our community), a better place for them by bringing knowledge to the community resources such as CDTC. She is beyond excited and honored as the new role of Transformers Chair!
